I am being charged when I said to cancel. They offered to charge $79 anyway and refused to refund and keep sending me weird emails.

The extra payment I made for the same service is being refunded. The CS assistant was very helpful and informative.

I will be cancelling TotalAV at the end of the year. I am experiencing nothing but trouble with the VPN service, and customer service is useless if you can get anyone to respond!

I have used them for years, but their business practices have changed. Customer service is non-existent anymore!

Total av took $9.99 two days in a row and another payment 3 days before that of $9.99 causing me to be overdrawn n in my account I've tried unsubscribing multiple times and they are still taking my money

They eventually sent back my money but it's 2 days and I still havint received my refund.

They took my money quickly but can't refund fast payment which has left me short of funds until it arrives in my bank .

I tried the trial for $1.99 and I'm constantly getting charged for $9.99, $29.99 and so on. I called customer service and was told I don't have an account but I'm still being billed.

Well, you charge too much, constantly taking money from my account. I'm on a limited income, and you keep taking my bill money.

Called to cancel. Did not ask for a refund but was told I had to make a refund to cancel.

They wanted all of my banking info, name of bank, account numbers, amount in checking and savings. All personal info.

Still will not cancel, still charging almost $15 a month. Good luck to anyone trying to cancel the subscription.

If you would kindly send me the other $9.99 then you can officially close this ticket. And as long as you dont try to take more money from me then we wont have any more problems. Thanks and have a blessed day..

I need my refund back in my bank account. I've said I wanted to unsubscribe, but you continue to charge my card.

I thought I canceled the subscription in January, but they keep charging me $14.95 a month for something I don't use. I would like a refund.

Called for support and I could hear the guy on the other end, but he wouldn't respond! Called again; he muted the call. And these guys are security??

It took Three phone calls to reach support.. I had to repeat myself four times to state that I only wanted the VPN on my Chromebook.

Nothing else and I wanted a refund. This still took more time.

I asked her why they had the VPN available on the Chromebook store. If it's not available to use on a Chromebook, what a pain in the ***

I called and no one hasn't responded to my issue which I purchased the 19 dollar for one year and I don't know what has happened i did it on my tablet but want it on my phone
