WHAT ON EARTH HAVE YOU DONE TO MY...

- - Antivirus install broke connections; surveys won’t connect.
- - Uninstall and full refund requested.
- - Frustration is extreme; experience unacceptable.
What on earth have you done to my computer??? I installed AV today.
Then when I tried to do a survey on it, it would not connect to the survey, no reason. In fact, any time I have to connect somewhere, it will not work! I have never seen anything so infuriating and so frustrating. Such a waste of time!
Totally unacceptable!
I need to get this mess uninstalled right away and try to get the damage you did repaired. Also, please send me a full refund immediately!

I was charged for a subscription without notice, contacted them and negotiated a discounted price with a partial discount. Its been a week and nothing they promised has taken place.
Total AV has done nothing to hold up their end of the agreement. I have sent many messages regarding the agreement they made with me, but they keep saying I don't have an account with them, even though my account is still active and they have the agreement in the messages sent to me. They are just trying to wear me down and hope I go away.
- Used to call and and offer a discount for your subscription
- It used to be a good company
- All you can do is message
- Bill you without notice
- There is no way to speak to a representative

It never worked for the start my phone is still just as bad as it was to start with I ordered totalav for help but got nothing but a loss of money and not just the $39.00 I originally paid but $39.00
They keep taking $39.00 out of my account every day. It's up to 22 times now, and they have me overdrawn thanks to them taking $39.00 out 22 times and then 5 overdraft charges of $36.00.
I just want my money back. I don't recommend anyone order it; they drain your account, and the stupid thing doesn't work at all.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. After sending 5 emails problem was resolved but had to phone as well they were very good on phone. Ring them you get more help from them.
Please would you return the amount of money you have taken out of my account as I cannot afford this and you have left me with no money and why have you done this when I cancelled it and a refund would be appreciated

I am being charged for all of these accounts. It seems every time I go into the one main account, it signs me up for a new account.
And when I give my card, it goes under that person's name. That's how my husband's name got mixed into this mess, and he is not happy about it.
- Had to purchase other to assist with this because viruses on my phone were too many and storage problems
- When i tried to do this online i would lose them in the conversation and would have to start all over each time and after the third time is when i went to do it by phone
- It has not worked for me since i had it in 2025 and i have been trying to reach someone on the phone since january 2026 let me tell you it was no little feat to get the actual telephone number to call total av it is not written anywhere they kept sending

Total of claims I am responsible for fees for over a year until November 2027, and a separate department will be requested to refund, but no confirmation of refund can be given at this time. I will dispute all charges to my credit card provider.

Didn't do what they said they would do now they say it's been closed
How can a company say that all has been resolved when they have not done anything to try to solve the problem? So I guess it's time to contact the Attorneys
They could follow through. I trusted them, and they took my money and ran, not honoring the contract. They should stop lying to people.

After I got TotalAV yesterday, my phone went nuts. Please stop the app.
It locked me out after it said I need to pay more. It kept showing malware.

Getting charges unauthorized
I had called to cancel several times and each time it transfers me to justanswer techs that have a subscribition charge that I didn't approve! Why do I have to pay someone else just to cancel?
I gives me the runaround which I can't get out of! I feel scammed!
