Charge denied
My card was charged with an amount I did not authenticate. I received notice that my card was restricted and I then took action. I appreciate the work of the company and am happy to be relieved of charges I did not incur.

- Paid $129 in January for an old Windows 7 HP ProBook 6560b.
- The hard drive failed and partial refund was denied due to hardship.
I renewed my service with your company and paid $129.00 in January for my very old computer, a HP ProBook 6560b that came with Windows 7. I had it upgraded a couple of times, but the hard drive had issues; now it is not upgradeable, so it is not worth spending money I don't have, and buying a new computer is totally out of my financial ability.
I called asking for a partial refund but was told it was too late for a partial refund; still, no. The agent told me about all the extensions and multiple devices I can use the service with, but that does me no good because my son takes care of my phone and his antivirus plan is with Avast, which he put on my phone along with his wife, my wife, and him. So I cannot use the service anymore, and I only used it for a couple of weeks before my hard drive pretty much died; this is how my niece describes the old thing, saying she was surprised it worked this long.
Bottom line: your company should offer a partial refund for special circumstances.
$129.00 is a lot of money for a couple trying to live on only two social security checks monthly.

I called but all options just tell me...
- Phone support directs online help that doesn't meet the need.
- On Mac OS Tahoe, TotalAV.app says damaged and can't be opened; asks reinstall steps.
I called but all options just tell me to go online, which does not have what I need. I upgraded to Mac OS Tahoe and it gives the following message: "TotalAV.app" is damaged and can't be opened.
You should move it to the Trash.
If I move it to the Trash, I'll no longer have antivirus protection.
How can I re-install TotalAV? My customer ID is 4631****.

Total zAV has a danger go back red tag
- They want AV unblocked to stop losing customers.
- This is the second time this has happened.
- The site has been hosted by HostGator for 15 years.
I think because I will not review rhe Subscription very soon to expire

Resolved: VPN stopped working on one device
Very informative and helpful
VPN service stopped on 1 device. Wasn't able to resolve it until I finally spoke to a total av employee at no charge. My account was charged by someone i.e company referenced as Total Av that resolved nothing and referenced me back to others.

I need Total Av for my laptop and I couldn't get help to install Total AV in my laptop not just my phone.
My issue is a simple fix. I requested to get my HP laptop protected.
I couldn't transfer my Total AV to my laptop, and your representatives didn't know either. If you can let me use Total AV on my laptop, I will resubscribe with you.

I don't like total Av. and won't use...
I used Total AV very little. Total AV was functional, but I'm not interested in continuing to use it.
It was OK. I don't care for Total AV and won't use it. I want to cancel it. I am not a systems person (75 yrs.
old).
I want my account canceled. It was not difficult to use, but I am not interested in using it.

Charged 6 times full service during trial period and no r fund
I signed up for trial $1.99 the same day I was charged $39.98, $39.99 & $40 ThAt was last week on Thurs. Then got charged 2 more times.
I call for refund and either no phone calls at this time.
Or they have hung up the phone. Still no refund and I will report to BBB
