- - Signed up for a TotalAV text offer; initial $1.99 trial, then $39 billed.
- - No fixes from the AV scan; spam texts persist; seven charges.
I signed up for a text message I received regarding how helpful the total AV would be as far as spam and such the initial fee was supposed to be $1.99 to try it. I added the total AV for $39 after I did that, they said something that made it look like that if you add these other services, they were included in the 30 die.
Die died when they were 3999 for each service or more anyway subsequently I was billed for seven services. I found nothing fixed from the initial AV scan. Nothing was repaired nothing was fixed and it certainly hasnt done anything to this day. Im still getting at least 15 spam text messages a day to say how many emails so nothing has really been rectified or done as expected.
I would like to recover all that excess money that was made to look like it was part of one bill, but it was an individual bill.

totalav.com, I have never had any business dealings with this merchant. none at all.
somehow they got my banking account info, ran transactions in my checking account and took over $40 out of my account, money that was to pay my real bills with, not a place like totalav, falsely using my info to do transactions on my bank, false subscriptions they claimed I owed to them and that was a lie. my bank blocked them completely after I disputed them and wonderfully taking funds from me, when truthfully I never done any type of business with them at all. I had to call their business to request a cancellation of a subscription that I never signed up for, and request a refund for money they stole from me. and now again, I find a denied transaction from them at 1:42 am.
I was not doing any dealings with that damn place or on my phone at that time of night that total av is claiming a $9.99 transaction but was declined due to low funds, other wise if I still had money in my account, totalav would have again, wonderfully took my money. now they have somehow got in it almost again, lucky it was declined. I am going to nail their *** to the wall.
maybe I can bring real charges on them for scamming innocent citizens taking money from people bank accounts. Lord Jesus I place this matter, right now, in your hands to watch over us all, and to remind me of making the calls to report issue and get them out of people's money in the bank because they are totally being dishonest, same as a thief.

First, answer your damn phone and face the music. Next, make real answers available.
Like, why isn't the AV or ad blocking working? Secondly, answer the damn phone with live people.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. Lower price for year. Call them if problem is fixed great ,if facing issues still call back and cancelation may be the route to go.
I called in, and my headset was on. The gentleman that answered replied he could not hear me.
I turned the headset off and answered his questions. He found my account.
The customer help person was talking, then communication between him and me was cut off and then came back on four times. This occurred, and the customer help person said he was going to disconnect the phone call and hung up on me.

Google is also to blame, honestly knowing what they always do to people any time they get a chance to screw people over. So with Google knowing, why would Google threaten people by making them afraid that Google will close my account if people like me don't go straight to Adtranquility where Google has that warning on it to me about my phone having 18 viruses on it?
If I don't do it, Google will close my account permanently with all of my family photos and my deceased parents too, that could never be replaced. Why would Google do this to people like me who have always trusted Google to do what it says but not after Google is just as guilty as Adtranquility? Maybe for money, I don't know.
The sad thing is everybody is scared of Google, so Google will keep getting by with doing this to all the people he can. And OMG, that's so many people because he gets by with anything Google does, but it still ain't right.
