They charged my account $11 for a subscription that I never wanted or agreed to! This ad has been popping up on my phone for months with no way to close it out unless you accept it or restart your phone.
Today they took it on themselves to charge me for a subscription I didn't want. They've no ethics!

I'm angry because I need to speak to a *** person. I keep getting the *** do this, do that, do this?
Do that, go here? Go there, do this, do that? I am trying to tell you your stupid, stupid, stupid software would not work. It just kept charging me last night.
I could not create a username. I could not create a password, but yet the app is on my phone, which I uninstalled. According to your instructions, it had to be done before a credit could be issued. Now I send emails and yeah, all keep sending them back to me: do this, do that, do this, do that.
But will a person kindly call me so I can tell them that this is not working and you owe me over $80, and I want my money now, not when you get done sending me in circles over and over? No wonder people are *** pissed at you people.
And no, I don’t talk like this all the time, but I am very angry when I don’t have but $100 left for the whole month for me to live on, and you take it all. Now give it back.

My phone was hacked. For three days, I've been dealing with this.
Ended up getting another a a total AV account. I thought maybe it just wasn't working or expired or whatever. I can't reach anybody. I found out through media that I have two accounts, so I've been trying to reach them to find out what's going on.
And three days three days, I was hacked. And what I don't wanna judge it, but three days.
So I need to speak to somebody. And I why would I recommend it if if if I've been hacked for three days?

never downloaded this app. it turned my windows fire wall off and now i have to use total av, which i cant because app doesnt open no matter what i do and on top of that its on my pc but i cant delete it because its no where to be found.
if my data gets sold online, im grabbing a lawyer. very fishy when an antivirus i never heard of downloaded itself on my pcc, turned my fire wall off ON ITS OWN and again on its own it chose my antivirus to be av, which says "total av snoozed no anti virus protection" but when i try to open this mysterious app it does nothing and the "anti virus" they offer completely took over my original fire wall and since the total av wont open, i cant turn it off.
whats funny is total av completely changed my firewall and yet their anti virus doesnt even work. so tell me how to delete it or ill see you in court for the info you stole and decided to sell
and now whenever i go to start the app up it just spins and does nothing.
it seems as if they just wanted my data. i do not want scammers for an antivirus protection

I purchased the Totalav protection, for my laptop and mobile phone trying to download
the protection plan to the phone, can't get it cooperate, I got virus all over the phone, no
help from Total AV, I paid for the trial plan of 1.99 I thought now I am being charged $38.49, $29.00,
$1.99 every time I try to get help to only get instruction from agent to download it, won't protect my
phone, and as I said the sight asks for $1.99 when asking for help, I am supposed to have covered
my laptop and mobile phone and it is not a good buy to keep paying the fee when I need help with
the protection. Laptop freezes, viruses still come on the laptop and I can't delete them, and the phone has
the same problem.

Norton and Mc Afee have pop ups on my screen claiming I have viruses they will solve if I sign up with them. Total AV has not yet been able to get them off my screen, nor have I. I will be satisfied if you can remove them from my screen

Pulling out money when it had been declined the day before
- - Purchase was declined and funds were pulled after a deposit.
- - Bank says the charge is valid; I need funds for medicine, gas, and upcoming surgery.
I tried purchasing airem it was declined.
The next day thinking the item was declined. I deposited some money then they pulled it out when I didn't want them to.
I checked my bank statement
When I received it a couple of weeks later and saw i charge for38.99
I needed that money because I had a stroke after item was declined.
I needed it for medicine and gas.
I put a dispute with my bank and they said it was a valid transaction. Now I'm trying to hunt down somebody to try to get my money back.
Earlier I would've just said well it's my bad luck.
I'm a carpenter dr said I had 75% blockage of my chronic artery and I can't work in weather hotter than 80 degrees we live in north carolina it's been in the high 90s for the last couple of months.
I have no income waiting on surgery which isn't happening till October 1 I still need the medicine
- Do not trust a company when your item was declined at your bank that they will not pull out money later later that day or the next day

Be honest and loyal to the customer's issues. I have used Total AV for 10 years or more and have never had a problem with them.
Now they are not like they used to be in the past.
I feel hurt about the service that I paid for and am not getting help when needed. Not to mention, my mobile phone is loaded with viruses, and my laptop is too.
