totalav.com, I have never had any business dealings with this merchant. none at all.
somehow they got my banking account info, ran transactions in my checking account and took over $40 out of my account, money that was to pay my real bills with, not a place like totalav, falsely using my info to do transactions on my bank, false subscriptions they claimed I owed to them and that was a lie. my bank blocked them completely after I disputed them and wonderfully taking funds from me, when truthfully I never done any type of business with them at all. I had to call their business to request a cancellation of a subscription that I never signed up for, and request a refund for money they stole from me. and now again, I find a denied transaction from them at 1:42 am.
I was not doing any dealings with that damn place or on my phone at that time of night that total av is claiming a $9.99 transaction but was declined due to low funds, other wise if I still had money in my account, totalav would have again, wonderfully took my money. now they have somehow got in it almost again, lucky it was declined. I am going to nail their *** to the wall.
maybe I can bring real charges on them for scamming innocent citizens taking money from people bank accounts. Lord Jesus I place this matter, right now, in your hands to watch over us all, and to remind me of making the calls to report issue and get them out of people's money in the bank because they are totally being dishonest, same as a thief.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Refund. Don't buy the product.
Sucked. I was given number after number which did not work.
When I found a working number is when I found pissed consumer. Gave up. Want a refund but I bet that will never happen.
Extremely poor decision on my part over norton. How can Total get away with this w/o getting gov't entities involved.
First, answer your damn phone and face the music. Next, make real answers available.
Like, why isn't the AV or ad blocking working? Secondly, answer the damn phone with live people.

Google is also to blame, honestly knowing what they always do to people any time they get a chance to screw people over. So with Google knowing, why would Google threaten people by making them afraid that Google will close my account if people like me don't go straight to Adtranquility where Google has that warning on it to me about my phone having 18 viruses on it?
If I don't do it, Google will close my account permanently with all of my family photos and my deceased parents too, that could never be replaced. Why would Google do this to people like me who have always trusted Google to do what it says but not after Google is just as guilty as Adtranquility? Maybe for money, I don't know.
The sad thing is everybody is scared of Google, so Google will keep getting by with doing this to all the people he can. And OMG, that's so many people because he gets by with anything Google does, but it still ain't right.

Your refusal or inability to send a code to my email address
I am trying to stop automatic renewal next year and have tried several times to get a code sent to my email address. It isn't happening; one can only assume by the number of times it hasn't happened that Total is trying to defraud me by not allowing me to cancel.

Scammers, trying to get customers
They try to take command of my pc and I've never had an account with them. I didn't know how to vacate their 'trojans detected' screen until I noticed the 'sponsored content' in bottom corner that was so bright it was almost impossible to see. I pay for my anti virus, I don't need nor want Total AV

I have been trying ALL MORNING to get help downloading and their customer service SUCKS! I want my money back! They have me going in circles via chat! No where to talk to a human!

They are so bad at what they do theyre ruining their own business!
I know this was 2 months ago...but i had total av and total ad block for a year or so...and they were good at first...especially the adblock...and they have 3 or 4 more programs you could pay for, plus 5 or 6 smaller programs you could add on to the main program, individually or get everything in their bundle...just like everyother company has! But they just did an update and now there is no reason to purchase the bundle...cuz the update made it to where you can only run a single program at a time, so if I have the ad blocker going...then my anti-virus shuts down!?!
So I brought it to their attention and the first customer support rep seemed like he was actually trying to help after I gave him a ton of info that they ask for so they can find your account...and this CSR suggested a few things and then ultimately suggested that I need to restart my phone, which I should have tried cuz its usually the simplest fix for everything. I told him if it didnt work id be back. So I restarted, and I got nothing and I go back to customer support and this time I get real winner...a *** named (changed his last name so his parents dont realized their child really is a *** and its not just them who think he should be taken out an executed Ole yeller style!) Valentino Silva-h (thats different from Silva...right?) I give this mentally challenged (sorry to mentally challenged people for insulting you by grouping this piece of hairy dog *** with all of you!) that someone should hit with their car and make the world a better place...cuz this waste of oxygen should have been swallowed, shot into a napkin, dripped out of moms backdoor, or wire hanger aborted on prom night right before his mom put out her cigarette right on his squirming *** stained ass...cuz he was given the same info I gave the first CSR and i explained how their programs are cancelling each other out and it started from the most recent update and I know its only their end cuz I have it installed on 2 phones and they both come up with the same errors/issues while one program rins and the others *** down and Ole *** Silva decided 'compu-tah hard figure out, fine-den peepoles in-por-may-shun...ooohh bub-ber-fly!! Oh...bal...bal..bal-en-tee-no need moe in-poe!' And then this fool acted like he needed my monthly charge from them to find me I their system!
Im so done with "Total" everything cuz what kind of worthless company cancels out their own crap from running their other crap!
It like when Valentino chewing a piece of gum to mask the fact that he *** himself again...makes no sense whatsoever! So dont waste your money on this...even if its $1.99 a month cuz 1-for a new security/anti-virus company, theyre headed down the drain like daddy Silva should have done with his load and 2-the sorry excuse of Valentino Silva customer support that they hired straight outta UMass-Be-We-Todd-Did!!
