Refund my money I did not order this
TotalAV refunded the last 2 withdrawals they took from my bank account: 99.00 and 14.99. They refused to refund all the other 14.99 charges to my account, which were 7 other withdrawals. I never subscribed or signed up for their service.

- Refused refunds of balance they took out

Verified ReviewerResolved: They did not respond to my request about getting a Virus on my phone. Yet I paid to have Total Av put on it?
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. After delays by company they finally corrected the problem. After numerous attempts to reach Total Av they finally corrected the mistake and refunded me $17.00.
Hard to reach and get answer from them. I am a senior and can't afford to pay for something that doesn't help me

Total AV has been paid for my annual subscription on 11 August 2026 by my bank, Navy Federal Credit Union. Today, I was alerted by NFCU that there was an attempt by Total AV to bill me again for 129.00 dollars.
Do not bill me twice for a yearly subscription. Additionally, I request the 50 percent discount of sixty-seven dollars and 15 cents. It was ignored.
What is going on with Total AV? Please respond promptly, explaining how we go forward from here.

Missed off old lady getting screwed over

I'm trying to send you a screenshot shot of what I get when I try to talk to one of their supervisors. I have text them repeatedly with no response The first time I got someone texting he said he would take care of it and refund all my money and has never done it. You are all a bunch of scammers that do nothing but lie.

Not been reimbursed yet. The company should start treating their customers like humans and do what's right. I don't like what they're doing to me, I did my part but they never did.
They keep telling me to talk to their customer service but I get the same run around from them. But I will keep fighting. I'm on Social Security and every bit of my money is important.

I was unable to download the program. I went online and cancelled both accounts, but still have not received a refund to my account.
Tomorrow I will have to contact my bank to dispute both charges. Nobody ever answered or called me back.
Horrible service. Wish I could give them a zero instead of one.
I was on hold forever for customer service, and nobody ever answered. I wanted to confirm the cancellation of my accounts.
