Called to cancel. Did not ask for a refund but was told I had to make a refund to cancel.

They wanted all of my banking info, name of bank, account numbers, amount in checking and savings. All personal info.

Still will not cancel, still charging almost $15 a month. Good luck to anyone trying to cancel the subscription.

I need my refund back in my bank account. I've said I wanted to unsubscribe, but you continue to charge my card.

I thought I canceled the subscription in January, but they keep charging me $14.95 a month for something I don't use. I would like a refund.

Called for support and I could hear the guy on the other end, but he wouldn't respond! Called again; he muted the call. And these guys are security??

It took Three phone calls to reach support.. I had to repeat myself four times to state that I only wanted the VPN on my Chromebook.

Nothing else and I wanted a refund. This still took more time.

I asked her why they had the VPN available on the Chromebook store. If it's not available to use on a Chromebook, what a pain in the ***

I wanted to cancel my subscription and had raised tickets via the account but they kept giving me the runaround and then closing the tickets so I found the phone number and called the customer service rep I dealt with was patient, informative and dealt with my request promptly and my refund is on way

I had this problem last week when you took £117 from my bank account. Now you told my all had been cancelled and no fether money would be taken and my card removed, now you have taken £178.99. Total av robbed me. Immediately after installation of the app I was robbed of $160 and now cannot afford my phone bill to keep track of my medical appointments.

Y phone pop up kees saying my phone is infected with viruses but I thought the reason for an anti virus was to stop this problem please respond,

I was charged for an account that I did not purchase. When trying to contact Total AV, I got a voicemail for customer service.

I have asked and I asked and I asked to stop this service for over a year. I have been still getting charged anywhere from nine dollars to $14.99 out of my account.

I tried to call him but didn't get the number to go through.

It says it's not a working number or some crap. I don't know, but I guess I'm gonna have to let my attorney figure it out because this is freaking crazy.
